About Us

Our objective is to provide quality engineered products and systems through a technically qualified sales force committed to assisting the customer in obtaining a mechanically sound and economically feasible water and/or wastewater system. TDH is committed to the sale of systems that are applied to situations to solve standard and unique engineering problems economically and technically.

TDH COMPANY

TDH is highly qualified as a sales and marketing agency for the municipal public works water and wastewater market in the Deep South. The main thrust is to focus on the engineering intensive areas of this market, working with the public agencies, outside consulting engineers, as well as, their in-house engineering and operating staffs.

TDH will assist in the engineering selection of systems and equipment; the preparation of the detailed written specifications describing the systems and equipment, and the specific application for the systems or equipment. TDH will assist the engineer and owner in preparing present value analysis to allow a fair evaluation of the equipment represented.

OUR TEAM

L. Holman Waters Jr., P.E., R.L.S.

Holman has been a Manufacturers Representative since 1996. Holman is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Land Surveyor in several southern states and has twelve (12) years of experience as a consulting engineer. He is originally from Georgia, as is his wife. They have two (2) children. Holman covers the majority of the State of Alabama, and major consultants/owners in the Atlanta area.

Clinton R. Curl

Clint is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is married with two (2) children. He has more than 20 years combined operations and engineering design experience in the water and wastewater business, with ten (10) of those in the consulting engineering field. He holds licenses for water and wastewater treatment operations in the State of Georgia. Clint received his Executive Masters of Business (EMBA) at Kennesaw State University in May of 2009. Clint covers the north part of Georgia including engineers and owners in the Atlanta area as well as Tennessee.

Kevin A. Smith

Kevin has been in the Municipal Water and Wastewater industry since 1988. Prior to his partnership
with TDH in 2000, he worked for two (2) Manufacturer Representative Firms in GA. Kevin is the office manager and handles Aftermarket Sales/Contract Administration.

Allison Kulp

Allison joined TDH in 2008. Allison provides administrative support with inside and outside sales. Allison also handles marketing, advertising, bid preparation support and assists in all area conference scheduling.

Rick Calmes

Rick Calmes holds a BS Degree from University of Buffalo in Chemical Engineering. He has worked in the energy and the water/wastewater industry for 20 years. Rick has worked with a leading Ozone and UV Manufacturer in Charlotte, North Carolina as an Applications and Regional Sales Manager for 9 years. He has also worked as a Manufacturer’s Sales Rep in AZ and NY for 11 years. He is married and has 3 children. Rick will cover the territories of Southern GA, Southern AL and the Panhandle of FL.
